We Daily Micro-ROAST the beans and seal them for freshness in a state of the art one way valve bag. NO water, chemicals or artificial flavors are added and our decaffeinated coffees are SWISS WATER PROCESSED, not decaffeinated in animal fat like most commercial coffees.
